POGRAM BHRC(ACTIVITIES)

The Bharatiya Human Rights Council is a non-governmental organization (NGO) based in India that works towards promoting and protecting human rights in the country. It was founded in 1988 by a group of human rights activists.

BHRC aims to raise awareness about human rights violations, provide legal aid and support to victims of such violations, and advocate for policy changes to protect human rights. The organization also works to promote gender equality, social justice, and sustainable development.

BHRC has been involved in various human rights issues such as police brutality, custodial deaths, torture, extra-judicial killings, and discrimination against marginalized communities. The organization has also advocated for the rights of refugees, children, and women.

ఈరోజు అనగా 31 3 2023 తేదీన శ్రీకాకుళం నుండి పలాస కు బస్సులో ప్రయాణం చేస్తున్న వజ్రపు కొత్తూరు బిహెచ్అర్సి మండల ప్రెసిడెంట్ గారు ఆకుల విజయకుమార్ గారి కు ఒక బ్యాగ్ దొరికింది ఆ బ్యాగ్ విలువ సుమారు కోటి యాభై లక్షల రూపాయలు విలువ కలిగిన డాక్యుమెంట్స్ మరియు చాలా కాగితాలు ఉన్నాయి విజయ్ కుమార్ గారు ఆ బ్యాగ్ తీసుకుని స్టేట్ ప్రెసిడెంట్ గారు దగ్గరకు వచ్చారు బిహెచ్అర్సి స్టేట్ ప్రెసిడెంట్ గారు బిషప్ డాక్టర్ ఎస్ డానియేల్ గారు మరియు విజయ్ కుమార్ గారు వారిని సంప్రదించి వారు బ్యాగ్ వారికి బి హెచ్ ఆర్ సి తరుపున క్షేమముగా అందజేశాము వైజాగ్ వాస్తవ్యులు వారు మోహనరావు

ఈరోజు 23-03-2023 BHRC(భారతీయ హ్యూమన్ రైట్స్ కౌన్సిల్) శ్రీకాకుళం జిల్లా, రణస్థలం మండలం, కొవ్వాడ గ్రామంలో ఉన్న హైస్కూల్ ని పరిశీలించి అక్కడున్న పరిస్థితులను గురించి స్కూల్ యాజమాన్యంతో మాట్లాడటానికి జరిగింది.
అలాగే గ్రామంలో ఉన్న అంగన్వాడి కేంద్రాన్ని కూడా పరిశీలించి వారితో కూడా మాట్లాడటం జరిగింది. అలాగే గ్రామ సచివాలయాన్నికి కూడా వెళ్లడం జరిగింది!అల్లు.ఇమ్మానుయేలు

విషయం:- గుంటూరు జిల్లా వాసవియులైన జి.రూతమ్మ గారు గడిచిన కొన్ని నెలల క్రిందట డాక్టర్:వై.కిరణ్ కుమార్ గారు(జి.జి.హెచ్) సూపర్డెంట్ గారి ద్వారా ఆపరేషన్ జరిగింది. కానీ ఆపరేషన్ ఫెయిల్ అవ్వడం వల్ల సమస్య చాలా ఇబ్బందికరంగా మారింది. దాని వల్ల కుటుంబ సభ్యులు వెళ్లి ఆ డాక్టర్ గారిని సమస్యను పరిష్కరించమని వారు కోరారు. కానీ ఆ సమస్య ను పరిష్కరించినందువలన బాధితులైన వారు గుంటూరు జిల్లా భారతీయ హ్యూమన్ రైట్స్ కౌన్సిల్ జిల్లా కార్యవర్గానికి సమస్యపై వినతిపత్రమును ఇవ్వగా వారు ఆ డాక్టర్ గారిని కలుసుకొని లెటర్ ను ఇచ్చి మాట్లాడటం జరిగింది. కానీ ఆ డాక్టర్ గారు సమస్యను పరిష్కరం పూర్తిగా చేయనందువలన నిన్నటి రోజున నేషనల్ వైస్ ఛైర్మన్ & నేషనల్ ప్రెసిడెంట్ రెవ,డా:పుల్లెల్ల.నాగేశ్వరరావు గారు, మరియు
ఏపీ స్టేట్ ప్రెసిడెంట్ రెవ:ఇమ్మానుయేలు అల్లు గారు, మరియు
ఏపీ స్టేట్ సెక్రటరీ రెవ:పెనుగుర్తి.జాన్ గారు అలాగుననే గుంటూరు జిల్లా కమిటీ సభ్యులు వెళ్లి మరొక సారీ పత్రాన్ని ఇచ్చి సమస్యను గురించి మాట్లాడటం జరిగింది. అదే సమయంలో నేషనల్ చైర్మన్ డా:పూర్ణచంద్ర సాహూ గారు కూడా ఫోన్ ద్వారా ఆ డాక్టర్ గారితో మాట్లాడటం జరిగింది. దీంతో ఆ సూపర్డెంట్ గారు మరో రెండు రోజుల్లో సమస్యను పూర్తిగా పరిష్కరించి బాధితులకు సమన్యాయం జరిగిస్తానని వారు మాట ఇవ్వడం జరిగింది!

ଆଜି ମହୁଲପାଳ ଗ୍ରାମ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ, ନିକଟସ୍ଥ ସାଇ ମନ୍ଦିର ଠାରେ ଢେଙ୍କାନାଳ BHRC ତରଫରୁ ମାନବାଧିକାର ଦିବସ ପାଳନ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି ।ଏହି ଉତ୍ସବରେ ପ୍ରଥମେ ପୂଜାର୍ଚ୍ଚନା କରାଯାଇ BHRC ର ସର୍ବମଙ୍ଗଳ ନିମନ୍ତେ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରାଗଲା। ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କୁ ଭୋଗ ଓ ମିଷ୍ଟାନ୍ନ ବଣ୍ଟନ କରାଗଲା।ଏହି ଉତ୍ସବରେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଅ।ଇନ ଉପଦେଷ୍ଟା ଶ୍ରୀଯୁକ୍ତ ଅମ୍ବିକା ପ୍ରସାଦ ମିଶ୍ର ଯୋଗ ଦେଇ ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କ ବୌଦ୍ଧିକ ବିକାଶ ତଥା ମାତୃଭାଷା ର ବିକାଶ ପାଇଁ ଛବିଳ ବର୍ଣ୍ଣବୋଧ , ଖାତା ଓ ପେନ୍ ବଣ୍ଟନ କରିଥିଲେ ଏବଂ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଗତ , ପରିବାର, ପଡୋଶୀ , ଗ୍ରାମ ତଥା ସମାଜରେ ଯେ କୌଣସି ହିଂସା ଅଶାନ୍ତ ପରିବେଶ ଅନ୍ୟାୟ ର ପ୍ରତିବାଦ କୁ ମାନବ ଅଧିକାର ଭାବରେ ପ୍ରତିବାଦ କରି ନ୍ୟାୟ ପାଇଁ BHRC ର ସାହାଯ୍ୟ ନବାକୁ ପରାମର୍ଶ ଦେଇଥିଲେ । ଏହି ଉତ୍ସବରେ ସଭାପତି ଖଗେଶ୍ବର ରାଉତ,ସମ୍ପାଦକ ରଞ୍ଜନ କୁମାର ସାହୁ ସଭ୍ୟା ଝିଲି ଦାସ ,ନୂତନ ସଭ୍ୟା ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀ ରଞ୍ଜୁବାଳ। ଓ ଶକୁନ୍ତଳା ଭଉଣୀ ଇତ୍ୟାଦି ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ରହି ଦିବସକୁ ସଫଲ୍ୟ ମଣ୍ଡିତ କରିଥିଲେ ।

ଗୋପୀମୋହପୁର ଗ୍ରାମପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ଚକସାହି ଗ୍ରାମରେ BHRC ତରଫରୁ ବିଶ୍ୱ ମାନବଧିକାର ଦିବସ ପାଳନ କରଯାଇଛି ।BHRC ବାଲେଶ୍ୱର ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ଉପସଭାପତି ତନ୍ମୟ କୁମାର ଚନ୍ଦଙ୍କ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷତାରେ ଆୟୋଜିତ ସଭାରେ ସମ୍ମାନୀତ ଅତିଥି ଭାବେ BHRC ଜିଲ୍ଲା ସମ୍ପାଦକ ଶଙ୍କର ମହାଳିକ, BHRC ଜଳେଶ୍ବର ବ୍ଲକ ସଭାପତି ଗଜେନ୍ଦ୍ର ନାଥ ଖମାରି, ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ସମାଜସେବୀ ଯୁବନେତା ଫାଲ୍ଗୁନି ପାଣିଗ୍ରାହୀ, ସଦାଶିବ ଦାସ, ମନମୋହନ ଆଚାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ପ୍ରମୁଖ ବକ୍ତବ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଥିଲେ ,ତପନ ଜେନା, ନଗେନ୍ଦ୍ର ବାରିକ,ଧନଞ୍ଜୟ ଦେ, ହରେକୃଷ୍ଣ ଧଳ, ଯଦୁନାଥ ଜେନା ଓ ଅନ୍ୟ ମାନେ ଯୋଗ ଦେଇଥିଲେ।ପରିଶେଷରେ କୁନିକୁନି ପିଲା ମାନଙ୍କୁ ପାଠ୍ୟ ପୁସ୍ତକ ଓ ମିଷ୍ଟାନ୍ନ ବଣ୍ଟନ କରା ଯାଇଥିଲା । 10.12.2023

ଭାରତୀୟ ମାନବ ଅଧିକାର ପରିଷଦ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ବଡଦିନ ଅବସରରେ ଭଦ୍ରକ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଚରମ୍ପା ନିକଟରେ ଆଜି(25/12/2023) ରେ କିଛି ଅସହାୟ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଶୀତ ବସ୍ତ୍ର ବଣ୍ଟନ ସହିତ ଛୋଟ ଛୋଟ ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କୁ school bag ବିତରଣ କରିଯାଇଛି। ଭାରତୀୟ ମାନବ ଅଧିକାର ପରିଷଦର ରାଜ୍ୟ ଗଣମାଧ୍ୟମର ଇନ୍ -ଚାର୍ଜ ଚିନ୍ମୟ କୁମାର ମାଝୀ ଏବଂ ଭାରତୀୟ ମାନବ ଅଧିକାର ପରିଷଦ ଅନ୍ୟ ସଦସ୍ୟଙ୍କ ଦ୍ଵାରା ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ସୁଚାରୁ ରୂପେ ହୋଇଥିଲା । ଏହି ଭଳି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ପାଇଁ ଅନେକ ବରିଷ୍ଠ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିବିଶେଷ ଏହି ଭଳି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକୁ ସମର୍ଥନ ଜଣାଇଛନ୍ତି ତଦ୍ ସହିତ ଭାରତୀୟ ମାନବ ଅଧିକାର ପରିଷଦକୁ ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ ଅର୍ପଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

ଦିନଥିଲା ନଗଡା ବିଶ୍ୱରେ ଅପପୃଷ୍ଟି ଜନିତ ଶିଶୁମୃତ୍ୟୁ ଘଟଣା ପାଇଁ ବିଖ୍ୟାତ ଥିଲା । ସେଠାରେ ନଥିଲା ରାସ୍ତା କି ଶିକ୍ଷା, ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ, ରୋଜଗାର ଆଦିର ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା । ଅଞ୍ଚଳକୁ ନେତା, ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କି ପ୍ରଶାସନ କାହାରି ବି ପାଦ ପଡୁ ନଥିଲା । ଏପରିକି ଯାଜପୁର ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଭୁଗୋଳ ରୁ ନଗଡା ବିଷୟରେ କାହାକୁ ଜଣା ନଥିଲା । କିନ୍ତୁ ସେହି ଅସୁବିଧା ସବୁ ଦୂର ହୋଇ ଏବେ ତାହା ଇତିହାସ ପାଲଟିଲାଣି । ଘଟଣା ପରେ ଦୀର୍ଘ ବର୍ଷ ଧରି ନଗଡା ର ଚିତ୍ର ବଦଳେଇବା ପାଇଁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ଲାଗି ପଡ଼ିଥିବା ବେଳେ ଏହା କେତେ ଦୂର ସଫଳ ହୋଇଛି ଜାଣିବା ଲକ୍ଷରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଥିଲେ ଭାରତୀୟ ମାନବ ଅଧିକାର ପରିଷଦ ର ଏକ ପ୍ରତିନିଧି ଦଳ । ପରିଷଦର ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରୀୟ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଡକ୍ଟର ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣଚନ୍ଦ୍ର ସାହୁ ଙ୍କ ନେତୃତ୍ୱରେ ଏକ ପାଞ୍ଚ ଜଣିଆ ଟିମ୍ ୨୯ ତାରିଖ ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ଦିନ ୧୦ ଘଟିକାରୁ ଅପରାହ୍ନ ୪ ଘଟିକା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ତଳ ନଗଡା, ମଝି ନଗଡା ଓ ଉପର ନଗଡା ବୁଲି ଦେଖିଥିଲେ । ନଜରକୁ ଆସିଲା ଯେ, ଖଣି ପ୍ରଭାବିତ ଅଞ୍ଚଳ ହୋଇଥିବାରୁ ଏବେ ବି ଶିକ୍ଷା, ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ, ରୋଜଗାର ଆଉ ନିୟୋଜନ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ବହୁ ପଛରେ ଅଛନ୍ତି ଏହି ଗ୍ରାମବାସୀ । ପ୍ରତିଦିନ ମୂଲ୍ୟବାନ ଖଣିଜ ସମ୍ପଦ ଲୁଟି ନେଉଥିବା ଟାଟା, ଇମ୍ଫା, ଜିନ୍ଦଲ, ବାଲେଶ୍ଵର ଆଲଓଜ, ଫେକର, ବେଦାନ୍ତ ଆଦି କମ୍ପାନୀ କେବଳ ଉପର ଚିକ୍କଣ ଦେଖାଯିବା ଭଳି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରୁଛନ୍ତି । ନିରୀହ, ଅପାଠୁଆ ଅଧିବାସୀଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଉନ୍ନତିମୂଳକ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ପ୍ରାୟ ଶୂନ୍ୟ । ଏପରିକି ଓ.ଏମ୍.ସି. ଏହି ଖଣି ଅଞ୍ଚଳର ସିଂହଭାଗ ନେଇ ୧୬ ଗୋଟି ଖଣିରୁ ଉତ୍ତୋଳନ କରି ଚାଲିଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଅଞ୍ଚଳର ଉନ୍ନତି ତଥା ପ୍ରାଥମିକ ଅଧିକାର ଓ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ବାବଦରେ ଧ୍ୟାନ ଦେଉ ନଥିବା ଦେଖିବାକୁ ମିଳୁଛି ।
ପରିଷଦର ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରୀୟ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରୀ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ଡକ୍ଟର ସଂଗ୍ରାମ କେଶରୀ ପାତ୍ର ସେଠାରେ ଲୋକସମ୍ପର୍କ ଦାୟିତ୍ଵ ନିଭେଇ ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ବାସୀନ୍ଦା ଙ୍କ ସହ ଆଲୋଚନା କରିଥିଲେ । ପରିଷଦର ରାଜ୍ୟ ମହିଳା ମୋର୍ଚ୍ଚା ସମ୍ପାଦିକା ଶ୍ରୀମତୀ ପୁଷ୍ପାଞ୍ଜଳି ରଣା ଓ କେନ୍ଦୁଝର ଜିଲ୍ଲା ମହିଳା ମୋର୍ଚ୍ଚା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରୀ ସଭାନେତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀମତୀ ପଦ୍ମିନୀ ସା ମହିଳା ତଥା ଶିଶୁ ମାନଙ୍କ ସହ ମିଳାମିଶା କରି ସେମାନଙ୍କର ସୁବିଧା ଅସୁବିଧା ଉପରେ ଆଲୋଚନା କରିଥିଲେ । ପରିଷଦ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ବାସିନ୍ଦା ଙ୍କୁ କିଛି ଶୁଖିଲା ଖାଦ୍ୟ, ବସ୍ତ୍ର ଏବଂ କମ୍ବଳ ବଣ୍ଟନ କରିବାରେ ପରିଷଦର ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ଅନ୍ୟ ସଦସ୍ୟମାନେ ସହଯୋଗ କରିଥିଲେ । ଶେଷରେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଶିକ୍ଷା, ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ତଥା ଖଣି ଓ ଇସ୍ପାତ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ଅବଗତ କରାଇ ଭାରତୀୟ ମାନବ ଅଧିକାର ପରିଷଦ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଏକ ନିବେଦନ ଯେ, ସରକାର ଏହି ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ନିଜର ଦୃଷ୍ଟି ପକେଇ ଯଥାଶୀଘ୍ର ଅସୁବିଧା ଦୂର କରନ୍ତୁ । ଦୃଷ୍ଟି ଆକର୍ଷଣ ପରେ କେବେ ଏହି ଅଞ୍ଚଳବାସୀଙ୍କ ଦୁଃଖ ଦୁରହେବ ତାହା ଆଗକୁ ଦେଖିବାକୁ ବାକି ରହିଲା !

ଭାରତୀୟ ମାନବ ଅଧିକାର ପରିଷଦ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଆଜି (30/12/2023)ଭଦ୍ରକ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତ ଅମ୍ୱରୋଳି ଗ୍ରାମ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତରେ ଏକ “ଶିଶୁ ଶିକ୍ଷା ସଚେତନତା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ” କରାଯାଇଅଛି । ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏକତ୍ର କରି ଏକ ଶପଥ ପାଠ ମଧ୍ୟ କରାଯାଇଅଛି। ଶିଶୁ ଶିକ୍ଷା ସଚେତନତା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ଅନେକାଂଶରେ ପିଲା ମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ସହାୟକ ହେବ ବୋଲି ଗ୍ରାମବାସୀ ମାନେ କହିଛନ୍ତି । ରାଜ୍ୟ ଗଣମାଧ୍ୟମ in-charge ଚିନ୍ମୟ କୁମାର ମାଝୀ ଏବଂ ଭାରତୀୟ ମାନବ ଅଧିକାର ପରିଷଦର ଅନ୍ୟ ସଦସ୍ୟଙ୍କ ଦ୍ଵାରା ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ସୁଚାରୁ ରୂପେ ହୋଇଥିଲା । ଏହି ଭଳି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ପାଇଁ ଅନେକ ବରିଷ୍ଠ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିବିଶେଷ, ଓ ଆମ୍ବରୋଳି ଗ୍ରାମ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତର ଲୋକେମାନେ ଏହି ଭଳି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକୁ ସମର୍ଥନ ଜଣାଇଛନ୍ତି ତଦ୍ ସହିତ ଭାରତୀୟ ମାନବ ଅଧିକାର ପରିଷଦକୁ ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ ଅର୍ପଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

On last 23/09/2024, a team of 7 people formed a team of 7 people who are living in Kalahandi District, Kallampur Block, Ichpur Sub-division (Deypur) and are not able to go to the medical center if their health condition is very difficult. In this context, on the instructions of Dr.P.C.Sahu, founder of Indian Human Rights Council, state president MOHAMMAD MUSTAFA, DISTRICT PRESIDENT EX ARMY DIPTI LOCHAN MUND, DISTRICT GENERAL SECRETARY PATWANT SING, JUGA SWARA SAHOO, DUSMANTA CHATIRIYA and other members have gone door to door to see the health condition. Then a medical camp is needed there. Today 01/10/2024 Rikh lodged a written complaint with a CDMO and soon a free health care camp will be provided and medicine will be provided free of charge. The CDMO thanked the BHRC for such action and promised to inform them in case of any medical problem. Thanks to the members including the state president. Such a rare incident in Rampur block of Kalahandi district where there is no road and health services are needed regularly, people have to climb 5 kilometers of hills with great difficulty to come to that place. Today a tragic incident happened in Balaswar district Nilgiris where a madman destroyed the house and beat his mother and broke her hand and destroyed many things in the house. After this news, the district working president of the Bharatiya Human Rights Council, Mrs. Pramila Naik, complained to the nearest district administration and sent the madam to the ashram in the presence of the members of the Bhartiya Human Rights Council today.

some great news about a donation event where Gajapati President Rajesh Kumar provided blankets to 150 needy people in Koraput’s Simlguda(ODISHA). This is a generous gesture, and it’s wonderful to see such efforts being made to support those in need.

Dilto Kant’s Situation: He was kept inside the house, locked away with food passed to him through a grill for 20 days. He refused to eat, and his health worsened.
Human Rights Intervention: Pramila Nayak from the BHRC was alerted to the situation. She contacted the Deputy Collector, who in turn contacted Dr. Tim Aasi. However, it was clear that immediate medical attention was required.
Rescue Efforts: After seeing Dilto Kant’s condition firsthand, Pramila Nayak took swift action, involving the Deputy Collector and local authorities to arrange for his rescue. With the help of two policemen, the village sarpanch, and other villagers, Dilto Kant was freed from the house.
Medical Aid: Bhrc Dist Women cell Working President Balasore ,Pramila Nayak personally arranged an ambulance (at her own expense) to take Dilto Kant to Nilagiri Hospital. Upon realizing the severity of his condition, Nilagiri Hospital referred him to Balasore Medical College for further treatment. Pramila Nayak, showing great compassion, accompanied him since he had no family to support him.
It’s commendable that Pramila Nayak acted quickly and took responsibility for Dilto Kant’s well-being. Her intervention highlights the importance of human rights defenders in situations where individuals are vulnerable and mistreated. The case also underscores the need for immediate access to medical care and the value of community cooperation in ensuring that people in distress receive the help they need.

  స‌ర్వేక‌ల్ క్యాన్స‌ర్ ప‌ట్ల ప్ర‌తీ మ‌హిళా అప్ర‌మ‌త్తంగా ఉండాల‌ని, ఇది దేశంలో అత్యంత వేగంగా వ్యాప్తి చెందుతోంద‌ని స‌ర్జిక‌ల్ ఆంకాల‌జీ డాక్ట‌ర్ బి సందీప్ అన్నారు. న‌గ‌రంలోని రైతుబ‌జారుకు ఆనుకొని ఉన్న‌మెప్మా భ‌వ‌నంలో భార‌తీయ హ్యుమ‌న్ రైట్స్ కౌన్సిల్ అధ్య‌క్షురాలు మ‌ణిశ‌ర్మ ఆధ్వ‌ర్యంలో అంత‌ర్జాతీయ మ‌హిళా దినోత్స‌వ వేడుక‌ల‌ను సోమ‌వారం నిర్వ‌హించారు. ఈ సంద‌ర్భంగా మ‌హిళ‌ల‌కు వ‌చ్చే గ‌ర్భాశ‌య క్యాన్స‌ర్‌పై అవ‌గాహ‌న క‌ల్పిస్తూ స‌ద‌స్సును నిర్వ‌హించారు. ఈ కార్య‌క్ర‌మానికి ముఖ్యఅతిథిగా పాల్గొన్న డాక్ట‌ర్ సందీప్ మాట్లాడుతూ సాధారణ పాప్ టెస్ట్‌లు గర్భాశయ ముందస్తు సమస్యలను గుర్తిస్తాయన్నారు. కాబట్టి గర్భాశయ క్యాన్సర్‌ను నివారించడానికి ఇవి తప్పనిసరి అని, 21 సంవత్సరాలు దాటిన ప్రతి మ‌హిళ‌ సాధారణ పాప్ పరీక్షలు సంవత్సరం వారీగా చేయించుకోవాని సూచించారు. హెచ్‌పివి (హ్యుమ‌న్ పాపిల్లో వ్యాక్సిన్) 17 ఏళ్లు దాటిన ప్ర‌తీ మ‌హిళా త‌ప్ప‌నిస‌రి వేసుకోవాల‌న్నారు. తద్వారా స‌ర్వెక‌ల్ క్యాన్స‌ర్ బారిన ప‌డ‌కుండా ర‌క్ష‌ణ క‌ల్పిస్తుంద‌న్నారు. భార‌తీయ హ్యుమ‌న్ రైట్స్ కౌన్సిల్ అధ్య‌క్షురాలు మ‌ణిశ‌ర్మ మాట్లాడుతూ మ‌హిళ‌లకు వారి హ‌క్కుల ప‌ట్ల అవ‌గాహ‌న ఉండాల‌ని సూచించారు. మ‌హిళ‌లు అన్ని రంగాల్లో ముందున్న‌ప్ప‌టికీ ఆరోగ్యం విష‌యంలో వెనుక‌బ‌డుతున్నార‌ని ఆవేద‌న వ్య‌క్తం చేశారు. దేశ ఆర్థిక ప్ర‌గ‌తికి ప్ర‌ణాళిక‌లు ర‌చిస్తున్న ఆర్థిక మంత్రి నిర్మ‌లా సీతారామ‌న్ కూడా ఒక మ‌హిళ అన్న విష‌యం మ‌నం మ‌న‌నం చేసుకోవాల‌న్నారు. ప్ర‌తీ కుటుంబంలో మ‌హిళే ఆ ఇంటికి మ‌హ‌రాణి అని, స‌మ‌స్య‌ల‌ను ఎదుర్కోవ‌డంలో మాన‌సికంగా, శారీర‌కంగా ధృఢంగా ఉండాల‌ని తెలిపారు. ల‌య‌న్స్ క్ల‌బ్ శ్రీ‌కాకుళం హ‌ర్ష‌వ‌ల్లి అధ్య‌క్షులు వావిలాప‌ల్లి జ‌గ‌న్నాథంనాయుడు మాట్లాడుతూ ప్రాచీన భార‌తీయ సంస్కృతిలో భాగంగా స్త్రీ పురుష వివ‌క్ష‌త‌ను రూపుమాపాల్సిన అవ‌స‌రం ఉంద‌న్నారు. ఈ కార్య‌క్ర‌మంలో డాక్ట‌ర్లు సీహెచ్ మౌనిక‌, షేక్ మ‌హ‌రాజ్, గైనికాల‌జిస్ట్ డాక్ట‌ర్ ప‌ద్మావ‌తి, బీహెచ్ ఆర్‌సీ వ‌ర్కింగ్ ప్రెసిడెంట్ సౌజ‌న్య‌, న‌ర్మ‌జ త‌దిత‌రులు పాల్గొన్నారు. 06.03.2025

BHRC Educational and Welfare Program at Sundargarh & Rourkela
The Bharatiya Human Rights Council (BHRC), Sundargarh and Rourkela units, organized a meaningful social welfare and educational support program by distributing copies, pens, and calendars to children and widow women.
The program was successfully conducted under the leadership of Vice President Shri Gurudev Kerketta, Women Cell President Smt. Sibiya Kispotta, and State Spokesperson Shri Bhaskar Dandsena. Their collective efforts made the program highly effective and impactful.
The event carried the inspiring message “Let everyone study, let everyone grow”, reflecting BHRC’s commitment to education, empowerment, and human rights.
This beautiful and noble program was organized under the guidance and inspiration of Chairperson and Founder Dr. Purna Chandra Sahu, Bharatiya Human Rights Council (BHRC), whose vision continues to drive positive social change.

10.01.2026 Today, under the banner of the Bharatiya Human Rights Council (BHRC), an awareness programme was successfully organized at Mayurbhanj, covering the districts of Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, and Jajpur. The objective of the programme was to spread awareness and strengthen the BHRC organizational team in these districts.
Along with the awareness programme, winter clothes were distributed to 30 needy and underprivileged people, reflecting BHRC’s continued commitment to humanitarian service.
The programme was graced by the presence of Chairperson and Founder Dr. Purna Chandra Sahu, along with the Mayurbhanj District President, Keonjhar District President, and Jajpur District President, who collectively guided and concluded the event successfully.
Many, many thanks to the Jajpur District President for the support and cooperation in making this programme a success.

On the occasion of the 217th Birth Anniversary of Louis Braille, Bharatiya Human Rights Council (BHRC), in association with Visually Challenged Youth Association (VCYA), successfully organized a special program on 10 January 2026 at Srikakulam. The event witnessed the participation of around 350 visually challenged persons, highlighting the importance of inclusion, dignity, and support for persons with disabilities.

As part of the program, medical kits were arranged and distributed by Bhrc members , to support the health needs of the beneficiaries. Additionally, bags were distributed by Ms. A. Jyothi, District Women Cell President, Srikakulam, keeping in view the special requirements of the visually challenged.

The program was graced by several dignitaries, including Dr N Prabhu National vice chairperson,Mr. K. Venugopal, Andhra & Telangana Zonal President; Ms. P. N. Today, dated 14-01-2026, on behalf of the Bharatiya Human Rights Council (BHRC), a blanket distribution and awareness programme was successfully organized at Village–Telipadar, Panchayat–Khaira, Block–Bangomunda, District–Balangir, under the chairmanship of State President Mr. Mohammad Mustafa.
